Let’s Stitch!

At her Vineyard Haven studio, Kate Altman teaches sewing and needlework in a relaxed setting. With over 30 years of experience and an eye for color, she helps students build skills and enjoy the process of making something by hand. Classes are small, so each student gets plenty of attention.

Most materials are provided, and while the studio isn’t a traditional shop, a thoughtfully curated selection of tools & supplies is available.

Private lessons and custom group experiences are also available.
